MUST HAVE PRIOR BARTENDING EXPERIENCE

•We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with all food safety and handling regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems. Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or catering services when required. Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and new products. Experience Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes. Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus. Familiarity with food safety standards and food handling practices is essential. Experience in fine dining or catering environments is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
