Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with precision and flair. Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and process cash and card transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations. Contribute innovative ideas to the bar menu to excite guests. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to ensure seamless service during busy hours. Perform cash handling responsibilities responsibly while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Experience in bartending, mixology, or related beverage service roles within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation techniques. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members while maintaining a positive attitude. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management, and food safety knowledge.
