Bartender- I.E. by Travail- South Minneapolis

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team at I.E by Travail. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating memorable experiences for our guests by crafting exceptional beverages and providing outstanding customer service to our guests and team alike. Open availability is preferred. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies. Serve guests at bar tables Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system. Complete opening and closing checklists Complete bar prep (juicing, batching) Clean barware Attend training sessions and team meetings Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of bartending, beverage preparation, and food safety standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
