Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Manage POS system, Toast, to process orders accurately and efficiently Engage with guests to provide personalized service, recommend drinks, and enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Handle cash transactions responsibly, including processing payments and giving accurate change Welcome guests warmly as a Host, manage reservations, seat guests promptly, and coordinate table assignments Assist in beverage recipe development and contribute creative ideas for seasonal menus or specials Support bar management with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and order placement when needed Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly while maintaining high service standards Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operation during events such as banquets or catering functions Experience Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or upscale settings Strong knowledge of POS system, Toast; experience with cash handling and cashiering processes Expertise in mixology techniques, beverage recipe creation, wine knowledge, and spirits handling Familiarity with craft beer trends and beverage presentation skills to elevate guest experiences Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele Previous experience working in restaurant environments that emphasize food safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management and organizational skills Basic math proficiency for accurate order processing and cash handling; retail math skills are a plus Experience supporting banquet or catering events is advantageous but not required Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
