Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cash handling with precision. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest creative drink options to enhance the guest experience. Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and minimizing waste. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service during events such as banquets or catering functions. Uphold all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or hotel environments. Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong basic math skills for processing transactions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Experience with food handling, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail. Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus; familiarity with bar management is advantageous.
