Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages at the bar. The ideal candidates will create a positive guest experience through exceptional service, a welcoming attitude, and deep knowledge of our food and beverage offerings. The bartender should have experience. This will primarily be every other weekend.
Key Responsibilities:
Bartending Duties:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance. Monitor guest intoxication levels and follow responsible service protocols. Maintain stock levels and prepare bar for service.
Serving Duties:
Greet guests promptly and warmly. Present menus, take food and drink orders, and ensure accuracy. Serve orders in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service. Process payments using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions. Bus and reset bar areas as needed to maintain a clean dining environment.
Requirements:
Minimum age of [21] depending on local alcohol service laws. Previous experience in bartending and/or serving preferred. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Knowledge of drink recipes and basic food service standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Toast, Square, Aloha). Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
