Looking for a dedicated, reliable team member that is interested in 30+ hours a week. Weekday, nights and weekend flexibility will set the ideal candidate apart from other! In addition to the hourly wage, our team members can earn up to an additional $40/hour in tips as well! While golf may primarily be an individual sport, X-Golf Rochester Staff Members will act as a team to perform all functions to serve guests. We are looking for part time or full time team members to serve our customers at a Hole-in-One level.

Responsibilities:

Welcome golfers and assist with their tee off Prepare and serve food Perform general maintenance of the facility and X-Golf Rochester Simulators Ensure overall customer satisfaction Take customer orders and serve beverages in a timely manner Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Handle cash transactions, operate our Square POS, and process payments accurately Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication of customers Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales revenue Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Requirements:

Previous experience as a server or bartender or in the food service industry is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle difficult situations with customers in a calm and professional manner Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Must be at least 21 years old
