Our mission is to make our Clubhouse, restaurant, and bar a gracious extension of our members' homes by consistently delivering first-class service with warmth and hospitality. Position Summary The Bartenders plays a vital role in the success of our daily operations by providing excellent food and beverage service in a friendly, attentive, and professional manner. As the face of our restaurant and bar, servers/bartenders ensure every guest feels welcome, comfortable, and valued. Key Responsibilities Bartender Duties Open and set up the bar for service (cash drawer, fruit prep, ice, sanitation, barware). Take and prepare drink orders accurately with proper proportions. Check guest IDs and monitor alcohol consumption. Ensure responsible alcohol service; refuse service if necessary. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar area. Change kegs, rotate stock, and restock beer, wine, and spirits. Wash and sanitize glassware. Prepare and close out accurate tabs and daily reports. Monitor guest behavior and handle issues professionally, escalating to a manager when needed. Perform end-of-shift duties (trash removal, bathroom checks, building security, deposits, alarm). Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of food, cocktails, beer, and wine. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and able to obtain/maintain any required certifications. Reliable, team-oriented, and guest-focused. Work Environment Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and a few holidays. Restaurant hours are Mon-Sun 4pm-9pm and Bar hours are Mon-Sat 4pm-11pm; and Sundays 4pm-9pm Standing/walking for extended periods and occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs). A collaborative team environment focused on hospitality and member satisfaction. Compensation is $8.00-$10.00 per hour plus
