Job Summary Hiring immediately! We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The position Is part time for our Wednesday and Thursday serving shifts and bartending every other Saturday, and filling in for other shifts when needed. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a server, you will be greeting customers, taking food and drink orders, delivering food and clearing tables. As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle cash transactions will be essential in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Take customer food orders and deliver food in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage cash handling procedures, including processing payments accurately through the cash register. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and assist with food preparation as needed. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and report any shortages or needs for reordering. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages. Bussing tables to maintain a clean dining environment. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant as a bartender is srongly recommended, serving experience is a must and you must be 21. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using a cash register. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. A friendly demeanor with a focus on providing outstanding food service to all guests. $7.00 - $20.00 per hour
