Job Description

Requirements Overview We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, and willingness to learn. In this position you will be responsible for tending bar and taking tables when needed, and creating an exceptional experience for all of our members. Duties Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience. Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Operate Club Prophet POS for order entry and payment processing efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining room areas, including proper food handling and safety practices. Manage inventory levels, restock supplies as needed. Handle Member charge and credit card transactions accurately. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food service and alcohol serving standards. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours effectively. Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, country club, or catering setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for managing tabs accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations in the food industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
