Duties Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and specialty beverages with precision and flair. Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems (Toast), handling cash and credit payments efficiently. Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and to ensure smooth operations. Develop new beverage recipes and experiment with mixology techniques to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightlife venues, or hospitality settings; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beer brewing processes, and beverage recipe development. Skilled in POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficient in basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management skills in a fast-paced environment. Food handling certification and knowledge of food safety standards are preferred. Experience with cocktail mixology, beverage presentation, and food service operations is highly desirable.
