Sort, inspect, and prepare items for washing or dry cleaning based on fabric type and care instructions. Handle customer requests with professionalism, providing courteous service and addressing any special needs or concerns. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including laundry rooms and dry cleaning stations, adhering to safety standards. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately when processing payments for services rendered. Track items through proper labeling, documentation, and inventory management to ensure timely delivery. Assist with basic maintenance of equipment and report any malfunctions promptly to ensure continuous operation. Requirements Previous experience in hotel or hospitality laundry services is highly preferred. Knowledge of dry cleaning processes, laundry techniques, and cleaning supplies. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. Experience with cashiering and cash handling procedures is a plus. Attention to detail to ensure all items are cleaned thoroughly without damage.
