Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of beverage service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the dining experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Process transactions using cash registers or POS systems, ensuring accurate handling of payments. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, adhering to all food safety regulations and legal guidelines. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued. Skills Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Proficiency in retail math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Familiarity with food safety practices to maintain a hygienic work environment. Experience with POS systems is preferred but not required. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
