Job Description
Copper Onion is quickly becoming one of the West Ends busiest and best restaurants. We are looking for servers and bartenders that help keep our high standard of exceptional service. This includes the ability to look and act professional in stessfull situations. We strive to build the best team in BIllings!! Looking the part is as important as being able to deliver great service! We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartenders and servers to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have exceptional customer service skills, we would love to hear from you. ### Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take their drink orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Upsell additional menu items and promotions
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor alcohol consumption of customers and intervene as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations ### Experience To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Familiarity with restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating bills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
