Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. Great tips and recently opened a casino Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using Aloha POS or similar systems. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and cater to guests' needs. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the food industry, and local craft brewing options. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Aloha POS experience is desirable but not required; training will be provided.
