Seasonal and annual bonus About the Opportunity We are seeking a Line Cook to join an exceptional luxury guest ranch in the beautiful mountains of Montana. This unique property offers the feel of the legendary American West without sacrificing comfort or exceptional hospitality. The ideal candidate is someone who embraces an adventurous, active outdoor lifestyle , enjoys working in a close-knit team, and appreciates the beauty of rural Montana. The culinary operation serves up to 125 guests per night , including elevated multi-course dining experiences, across several dining venues on property. What You'll Do Prepare menu items according to established recipes and chef direction. Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. Demonstrate strong speed, organization, and culinary technique. Operate and maintain dishwashing and kitchen equipment as needed. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and safety. Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth service. What We're Looking For 2 years of fine dining experience preferred , or a strong culinary background. Grilling experience preferred. Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment . Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Valid driver's license required. Must be able to commit to a minimum of 6-12 months .
