Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a dynamic Bartender/Cook, where your passion for exceptional service and culinary creativity will shine! Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting for guests Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, process cash transactions efficiently, and handle cashing out with precision Cook and plate food items with attention to presentation, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and kitchen areas, following food safety protocols at all times Assist in bar management duties such as inventory control, restocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with licensing regulations Skills Extensive experience in bartending and food preparation within the hospitality industry, including fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing orders and transactions accurately Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and beverage presentation Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management Solid understanding of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math skills for retail math and cash handling Experience in bar management or supervisory roles is a plus; familiarity with catering operations is beneficial Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments requiring multitasking across serving tables, bartending duties, and kitchen prep Embark on a rewarding journey where your talents will create memorable moments for our guests!
