$12/hour + tips | Estimated $20-30/hour in tips on top The Sitting Duck Bar & Grill is hiring experienced bartenders for the 2026 season! We're a lakeside bar & grill on Flathead Lake in Bigfork with indoor dining and two outdoor decks overlooking the water. This is our busiest season yet, and we're looking for skilled, energetic bartenders to pour, mix, and keep the good times flowing.

March 15 - October 15

What You'll Do:

Craft cocktails, pour beer and wine, and serve guests at the bar with speed and a smile Keep the bar clean, stocked, and running smoothly through a busy service Check IDs and serve alcohol responsibly Handle frozen cocktails and our signature drink lineup (we've got a build book to get you up to speed fast) Collaborate with servers, food runners, and kitchen staff to deliver a great guest experience

What We're Looking For:

Previous bartending experience required Positive attitude and genuine friendliness Ability to stay calm and quick in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual - we count on each other Must be 21+ Available to work weekends and holidays during the season
