$12/hour + tips | Earn $30+/hour on busy days The Sitting Duck Bar & Grill is hiring servers for the 2026 season! We're a lakeside bar & grill on Flathead Lake in Bigfork with indoor dining and two outdoor decks overlooking the water. This is our busiest season yet, and we're looking for friendly, energetic people to join our team. Servers keep 60% of their tips. The rest goes to the team that makes your service shine—including food runners who help you turn more tables and maximize your earnings.

What You'll Do:

Provide friendly, attentive table service to guests Take orders and deliver food and drinks Work across our indoor dining room and outdoor deck sections Collaborate with bartenders, food runners, and kitchen staff to ensure a great guest experience

What We're Looking For:

Positive attitude and genuine friendliness Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual•we count on each other Must be 18+ (21+ preferred for alcohol service) Available to work weekends and holidays during the season No experience required•we'll train you!
