Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for pouring drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction with their food and drinks. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink service during busy periods or events such as banquets or catering services. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting in ordering as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Skills Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a busy environment. Excellent sales abilities to promote drink specials and upsell menu items effectively. A helpful attitude towards customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Experience in cash handling with a keen attention to detail in financial transactions. Background in the restaurant or food industry is preferred, particularly in hospitality settings. Familiarity with banquet service or catering operations is a plus.
