The Flying Squirrel Pub is a taproom serving up casual American pub fare and 20 rotating beer taps. We operate in a counter-service model with QR code ordering available for guest convenience. We're passionate about creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere where guests can relax, enjoy great food and drinks, and leave genuinely happy.Position Overview:
We're hiring a Beertender/Front of House Team Member who enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Since we tip pool, being a team player is essential! If you're outgoing, attentive, and take pride in ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and acknowledge guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Pour and serve beer, wine, and seltzer-based cocktails
- Run food and drinks to guests
- Bus tables and maintain a clean, organized dining space
- Stock and clean the bar/work area
- Assist and support teammates as needed to ensure smooth operations

- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards
- Desire to create a memorable guest experience
