Job Description
Overview The Concessions Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests during the Biltmore Championship. This position provides customer service, processes transactions, maintains the bar area, and follows all company and alcohol-service policies. This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00 and is tip eligible. This is a seasonal role from September 14, 2026, and will end on September 20, 2026. This position will remain open until September 20, 2026. Responsibilities Prepare and serve beer, wine, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages. Provide customer service to guests throughout the event. Verify identification and follow all alcohol-service requirements. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately. Maintain a clean and organized concession/bar area. Restock beverages, ice, cups, and other supplies as needed. Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol-service procedures. Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies. Communicate with supervisors regarding inventory, guest concerns, or operational needs. Assist with opening and closing duties. Work with team members to provide efficient service during busy event periods. Qualifications Must meet the minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol. Previous bartending, concessions, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move supplies as needed. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Ability to communicate clearly with guests, coworkers, and supervisors. Must be available to work scheduled event dates, including evenings and the weekend as needed. Must obtain or maintain any required alcohol-service certification based on local requirements.
