Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and enhance their overall experience Operate POS system SpotOn to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments or nightlife venues such as nightclubs or catering events Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer trends Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods while maintaining attention to detail Food handling certification and knowledge of food safety practices are preferred Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly valued Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in energetic environments, and want to elevate every guest's experience through your bartending expertise!
