Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Ability to suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; communicate needs for restocking. Handle cash processing, register reconciliation, and accurate record keeping during shifts. Skills Knowledge cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer offerings. Proficiency with POS skills, Toast is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality service. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures in a hospitality environment.
