Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
• Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
• Knowledge of food handling safety procedures is a plus
