In this vital support role, you will assist bartenders and servers by maintaining a clean and organized bar and dining area, ensuring smooth operations throughout the venue. Duties Clear and reset tables promptly, ensuring a clean and inviting dining space for guests Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, glassware, and utensils efficiently Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including bar cleaning and sanitation of work surfaces Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and equipment with proper safety procedures Support food service operations by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and assisting with food presentation when needed Ensure adherence to food handling and bar safety regulations to promote a safe environment for staff and guests Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and order processing when required Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact politely with guests Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of supplies or equipment safely Knowledge of cleaning procedures, bar cleaning techniques, and food handling safety standards Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions Experience with venue beverage service, catering events, or nightclubs is a plus Familiarity with food industry standards such as food preparation, food safety compliance, and restaurant operations Must be energetic, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude Join us in delivering memorable experiences!
