Stadium & Stage is creating a new kind of destination in Greensboro—where great food, cocktails, sports, live music, and entertainment come together under one roof. Our leadership team is already in place. Now we're looking for people who want to be part of the team that brings the Stadium & Stage experience to life. We're looking for Servers and Bartenders who are confident, personable, energetic, and passionate about hospitality.

THE ROLE

Our front-of-house team is the face of Stadium & Stage. Whether you're serving a table, working behind the bar, or helping create the energy throughout the room, you'll have a direct impact on the experience our guests take home with them. We're looking for people who understand that great hospitality is more than taking an order—it's making people feel welcome, taken care of, and excited to come back. SERVERS Our Servers are responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience from the moment guests sit down until the moment they leave.

You'll:

Welcome guests with energy and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders Know the menu and confidently answer questions Make recommendations Deliver food and beverages promptly Check on guests throughout their experience Maintain clean and organized tables Process payments accurately Communicate with the kitchen, bar, hosts, and management Deliver exceptional service during busy nights and events

BARTENDERS

Our Bartenders create the energy behind the bar while delivering excellent service and quality beverages.

You'll:

Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Provide knowledgeable and engaging service Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar Understand cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits Process transactions accurately Work closely with servers, barbacks, kitchen staff, and management Follow responsible alcohol-service practices Verify identification when required Complete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities Maintain professionalism during high-volume service and events
