Job Description

Bartender Magnolia Green Golf Club Position Overview Magnolia Green Golf Club is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional service to members and guests while preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a professional, efficient, and welcoming manner. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for every member and guest. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards. Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer questions regarding beverage selections. Verify identification and follow all applicable alcohol service laws and club policies. Accurately enter orders and process payments through the point-of-sale system. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift. Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management. Set up and break down the bar for daily operations, tournaments, private events, and other club functions. Assist with food service and other Food & Beverage operations as needed. Maintain proper sanitation, cleanliness, and food and beverage safety standards. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible alcohol service at all times. Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, management, and other team members to provide a seamless member and guest experience. Handle member and guest questions or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when appropriate. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous bartending or food and beverage experience preferred. Knowledge of common cocktails, beer, wine, and standard bartending practices. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to remain professional and attentive in a fast-paced environment. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift and carry supplies as needed. Must meet all applicable state and local requirements for serving alcoholic beverages. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special events.

$10.00 per hour
