Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Café Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Your ability to engage with guests and provide top-notch service will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, including equipment and utensils. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and build rapport. Upsell drinks and food items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Monitor guest behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure a safe environment. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages. Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol regulations in the food industry. Experience Previous experience in bartending or a related role in the food industry is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent guest relations skills with an emphasis on providing outstanding service.
