Responsibilities Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive experience. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Operate POS systems, including Aloha and Micros, to process orders and handle cash transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
