The ideal candidate must have at least 1-2 years of bartending experience , preferably in a fine dining, upscale restaurant, cocktail lounge, or high-quality hospitality environment. This role requires someone who is presentable, friendly, detail-oriented, and able to create high-quality cocktails while delivering exceptional guest service. Experience with Toast POS and knowledge of Latin-inspired cocktails, premium spirits, wine, and upscale hospitality is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, precision, and high presentation standards. Create classic, signature, and Latin-inspired cocktails while maintaining quality and speed of service. Greet and engage guests in a warm, professional, and welcoming manner. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, wine, spirits, and menu pairings. Use Toast POS to enter orders, process payments, and manage guest tabs accurately. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area at all times. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and ingredients as needed throughout service. Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Identify signs of intoxication and uphold responsible alcohol service standards. Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, barbacks, and management to ensure smooth service. Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned. Maintain a polished and professional appearance while representing the restaurant's high-end brand. Experience & Qualifications Previous bartending experience is required . Must have at least 1-2 years of bartending experience in a fine dining restaurant, upscale Latin restaurant, cocktail bar, lounge, or similar high-quality hospitality environment. Must be professional, polished, well-presented, friendly, and able to maintain a high standard of service. Experience using Toast POS is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and upscale beverage service is preferred. Knowledge of Latin cocktails, tequila, mezcal, rum, and craft cocktail preparation is a plus. Must have excellent communication skills and a warm, confident personality. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-end environment. Strong cash handling and basic math skills are preferred. Must follow all alcohol service laws and responsible serving practices. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
