Your role is crucial in enhancing the overall guest experience. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure bar readiness. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally to maintain a positive environment. Qualifications Must have bartending experience to bartend Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with patrons.
