As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests in various settings, including fine dining, banquets, and nightclubs. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries or requests. Collaborate with catering staff to serve drinks at events while adhering to food safety and handling standards. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and drink preparation techniques. Experience Previous experience as a bartender in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and cash handling is essential. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices is a plus. Experience in catering or banquet service can enhance your candidacy. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
