About Lime & Lemon Lime & Lemon Indian Grill & Bar is a locally owned restaurant group known for bringing authentic Indian flavors together with a modern dining experience and warm hospitality, with locations across the Triangle. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-focused Bartender to join our team at our Rolesville location. Our bartenders are an important part of the guest experience. We're looking for someone who can make quality drinks consistently, provide excellent service, work efficiently during busy periods, and create a welcoming atmosphere at the bar. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and consistently
• Follow established recipes, proper pours, presentation, and portion standards
• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests seated at the bar
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
• Develop a strong knowledge of our cocktail, liquor, wine, beer, and food menus
• Make recommendations and help guests select drinks that complement their meals
• Prepare drinks efficiently for both bar guests and restaurant service tickets
• Check identification and follow all applicable alcohol-service requirements
• Monitor guests and serve alcohol responsibly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar
• Complete opening, closing, restocking, and side-work responsibilities
• Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items to management
• Accurately handle cash, credit cards, and guest checks
• Work closely with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management during service
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant standards
• Help create a positive and professional environment for guests and coworkers What We're Looking For
• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Strong cocktail-making and beverage knowledge
• Excellent guest-service and communication skills
• Ability to work quickly and accurately during high-volume periods
• Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude
• Comfortable using a restaurant POS system
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
