We are looking for someone who is confident behind the bar, has a strong knowledge of craft cocktails, works with speed and consistency, and genuinely enjoys taking care of guests. Our bartenders are an important part of the guest experience and are expected to create a welcoming environment where every guest feels like a regular. What We're Looking For At least 2 years of bartending experience , preferably in a craft cocktail or high-volume restaurant/bar environment. Strong knowledge and experience preparing craft cocktails with attention to proper technique, presentation, and consistency. Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy during busy service. A clean, organized, and professional approach to the bar. You take pride in keeping your workspace clean and your tools and products properly maintained. A strong eye for detail and pride in the work you put across the bar. The ability to read the room, anticipate guest needs, and make sure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of. A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support servers, bartenders, and other coworkers whenever needed. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Dependability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. The right person for this role doesn't simply make drinks — they take ownership of the entire guest experience.
