Job Overview:
We are seeking a versatile individual to take on the dual role of Receptionist/Bartender. The ideal candidate will work as a guest service receptionist for clients at the front desk as well as make cocktails for our guest during the day . They will also serve as a fill in bartender on occasional nights or weekend day shifts. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a customer service oriented personality.
Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties Provide coverage for the front desk when necessary, greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming first impression. Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. Answer and direct phone calls professionally when filling in at the reception desk. Perform data entry and support administrative tasks when needed. Maintain cleanliness of guest service areas such as front desk, bathrooms and lounge area
Bartender:
Deliver exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the marketing manager to create promotions and participate in events. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Having bartending skills is a plus but we can train as well.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in bartending or customer service roles within the hospitality industry would be expected Strong communication skills. Excellent customer service abilities, with attention to detail. Basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite) and prior experience in clerical or administrative roles. Ability to multitask and support both bar operations and front desk responsibilities. Knowledge of health regulations and bar operations preferred.
