Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will deliver beverages, outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. You will also prepare typical bar food, burgers and fryer food. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your bartending skills while working in a dynamic environment that celebrates craftsmanship and hospitality excellence. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine. Prepare food such as burgers, wraps and fryer food. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage bar operations efficiently by processing cash and card transactions accurately using a POS system (square). Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and kitchen areas in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate stock shortages promptly. Experience Preferred bartending experience, but will train. Some knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, beers, and spirits. Familiarity with POS systems such as square for processing transactions efficiently. Experience serving in high-volume environments with excellent time management skills. Background in food handling, food safety protocols, and beverage presentation standards. Previous roles involving bar management or supervising bar staff are a plus. Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple tasks in fast-paced settings such as restaurants or catering events. Pay:
$10.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 40.0 per week
