University Drive, Fargo Bartender Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified bartender who can provide our customers with an outstanding guest experience. The bartender must be able to meet all the needs of our customers, compelling them to come back again. Making beverage recommendations based on the needs and preferences of bar customers is a crucial factor for improving guest drinking experience and our bar's profitability. Communicating with guests in a professional and friendly manner is a must for excellent customer experience. A good job candidate must be able to perfectly prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, which includes mixing ingredients to prepare classic and innovative cocktails. They also need to keep the bar clean and well-organized, as well as ensure it is always fully stocked. The history of Duane's House of Pizza dates back to 1959. In June, 1959 Duane Schultz answered an ad for manager of a new pizza restaurant opening in Moorhead, MN called House of Pizza. Owner John Langhousen from Hibbing, MN hired Duane to be his manager of the new restaurant located at 310 Center Avenue in Moorhead. Duane ran the business for John until 1969 when he purchased the restaurant from John. He then changed the name from House of Pizza to Duane's House of Pizza. In May of 1975, Duane purchased a building at 1629 South University Drive in Fargo, ND. In June of 1975, Duane opened his second Fargo-Moorhead restaurant at that location. In June of 1983, Duane moved his Moorhead restaurant to 1024 Center Avenue. Today, the Original Duane's House of Pizza is conveniently located on South University Drive in Fargo. Under different ownership, other locations through out Fargo Moorhead serve pizza under the Duane's brand including the South Town Pourhouse and Midtown Tavern.
