Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server and/or Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences in a fine dining environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Provide exceptional guest services by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Utilize OpenTable or similar systems for managing reservations and guest seating. Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale establishment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to maintain high sanitation standards. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Familiarity with culinary concepts and beverage pairings is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
