Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, utilizing knowledge of beverage recipes and mixology techniques Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, processing cash and card transactions efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates to keep offerings fresh and exciting Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization skills Assist with food service duties when needed, including serving meals or catering to banquet events Experience Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Strong background in beverage preparation including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and brewing/craft beer experience Experience in fine dining settings or catering environments is advantageous Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction This role is perfect for individuals passionate about the hospitality industry who thrive in lively settings.
