Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and attentive Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves processing cash transactions efficiently and accurately while ensuring all patrons have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and recipes. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and offering recommendations. Process cash transactions accurately, handling payments and giving change as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment. Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and adherence to alcohol service policies. Restock bar supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operation during shifts. Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to uphold a safe environment for staff and guests. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and support overall bar operations. Skills Ability to turn guests into regulars Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail, especially when processing cash transactions Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and beverage presentation standards. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Friendly demeanor with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
