Servers Bartenders Head Bartender Hosts We're looking for people who understand hospitality and the full points of service — welcoming guests, reading the table, anticipating needs, proper timing and pacing, menu knowledge, pre-bussing, teamwork and creating a great experience from arrival to goodbye. Bartenders should have strong cocktail knowledge, speed, consistency, cleanliness and genuine guest engagement. Head Bartender should bring leadership, strong cocktail knowledge, organization, inventory and prep experience, training ability and the ability to maintain standards during high-volume service. We value experience, awareness, personality, work ethic and hospitality. Every guest is everyone's responsibility.
