Responsibilities Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service while maintaining efficiency and professionalism. Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met. Develop and refine beverage recipes, craft innovative cocktails, and stay current with industry trends to keep our offerings fresh and exciting. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Train staff on proper food handling, food safety protocols, cash handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service. Ensure compliance with all health regulations, including food safety standards and responsible beverage service policies. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience that encourages repeat visits. Maintain detailed records of sales, inventory levels, and shift reports to support operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending with a strong background in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, spirits expertise, and beverage recipe development. Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a bar or restaurant setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential for processing transactions accurately. Extensive food service experience within the hospitality industry, including fine dining or nightclub environments. Strong understanding of food safety practices, responsible alcohol service laws, and cash handling procedures. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy hours. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest satisfaction. Knowledge of craft beer trends and catering experience is a plus to diversify our beverage offerings.
