What You'll Be Doing Mix and serve high-quality cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty beverages with speed, accuracy, and style. Use fresh herbs, premium spirits, and creative garnishes to craft standout drinks. Greet and interact with guests in a warm, welcoming, and efficient manner — whether taking direct orders or working with servers. Guide guests through the beverage menu and offer expert recommendations based on their preferences. Serve food items to guests at the bar and ensure all food and drinks are delivered with flair and professionalism. Handle payments accurately and responsibly, following all cash-handling protocols. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar — always ready for the next rush. Collaborate with the culinary team to create fresh mixers and unique pairings. Keep bar and storage areas clean, safe, and compliant with health standards. Attend staff meetings, assist with inventory, and complete other tasks to support the team. What You Bring to the Table 2+ years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Expert knowledge of classic cocktails, custom creations, wine, and drink trends. A creative flair for mixology — you love putting your signature spin on drinks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — friendly, engaging, and professional. Confidence in checking guest IDs and ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws. Dependability and strong work ethic — you show up, step up, and bring your best. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. A flexible schedule — mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays are part of the magic. Commitment to hygiene, safety, and a polished, professional appearance. Must have access to a valid email for scheduling and communication.
