The ideal candidate enjoys providing exceptional service, building relationships with club members and guests, and creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the bar and club facilities. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, knows how to stay busy during slower periods, and can provide attentive service during busy lunch, golf, and social hours. Responsibilities Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards. Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to members and guests. Ability to remain professional, patient, and personable in a high-contact member environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently. Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift and carry beverage supplies as needed. Must meet all applicable legal requirements for alcohol service. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with a great personality, a strong work ethic, and a good sense of humor who understands that working at a private club is about more than simply making drinks. Our bartenders become familiar faces to members and play an important role in creating the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere our club is known for. If you can pour a great drink, remember a regular's order, listen to the same golf story twice, and still greet them with a smile the third time, we'd love to meet you.
