Responsibilities:

Add ingredients to create cocktails. Use a discerning palate to choose quality alcohols to serve. Choose the appropriate glassware for each drink. Ensure that each drink is correctly made. Maintain a clear bar area for customers. Practice proper sanitation procedures.
