Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate orders for food and beverages using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, ensuring adherence to food safety and alcohol serving regulations Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently while maintaining accuracy in retail math calculations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following food handling and safety standards Upsell menu items to increase sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy nights, banquets, or catering events Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment in line with food industry regulations and responsible alcohol service policies Bartending experience required. Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and retail math tasks Experience with catering, banquet service, or brewing environments is advantageous Must be 18 years or older with valid serving or alcohol certification where applicable Join us to be part of a lively team that values enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality!
