​Job Overview Join the team at Top of the Block as a Bartender! We are looking for high-energy, detail-oriented team players to deliver fast, attentive beverage service in a vibrant, high-volume rooftop setting. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in exceptional guest hospitality, we want to hear from you. ​Responsibilities ​Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized table and lounge service. ​ Take accurate drink orders and input them efficiently through the POS system. ​ Maintain deep knowledge of our house cocktail menu, spirits, wine, beer, and food offerings to guide guest selections and upsell. ​Run beverages while ensuring proper presentation and table maintenance (pre-bussing, clearing, wiping down). ​ Process cash and card payments accurately. ​ Support team flow by helping restock glassware, prep service stations, and keep floor areas clean and guest-ready. Adhere to all responsible alcohol service guidelines, including checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption. ​ Qualifications ​ Previous experience as a Bartender or server in a high-volume bar, lounge, or restaurant environment. ​ Valid State Alcohol Server Permit (or ability to obtain prior to start). ​ Strong working knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, and wine. ​ Comfort with modern POS systems and fast-paced cash/card handling. ​ Ability to carry full beverage trays, stay on your feet for full shifts, and lift up to 30 lbs. ​ Team-first attitude with strong communication and guest-engagement skills.
Pay:
$3.00 - $3.50 per hour
