By delivering high quality beverages, engaging guests with confidence and care, and upholding safety and regulatory standards, the Bartender plays a critical role in driving guest satisfaction, building loyalty, and elevating the overall experience.
What You'll Do Prepare and serve beverages for bar guests and dining service. Deliver warm, professional, and seamless guest experiences. Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming bar environment. Maintain proper alcohol service standards and verify guest identification. Accurately handle cash and credit transactions and complete tip reporting. Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and lounge areas. Manage bar inventory, restocking, and storage of supplies. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards. Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times. Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments. Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized bar. High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service practices. High school diploma or equivalent required. High-volume and/or fine dining experience preferred. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer & wine. Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, and pull 30+ pounds. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
