Job Opening :
: Bartender The Bartender will provide guests with effective, efficient, friendly service to ensure their return visit. Sincerely greets and make eye contact with each guest.
Duties:
Knows the script and hours/days of operation. Completes pre, running, and post shift side work requirements. Ability to prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly. Knowledge of drink pricing including tier levels. Knowledge of Mixology. Ability to exercise good judgment in determining potentially intoxicated guests. Understanding of the tending functions of the POS system. Knowledge of all coupons and specials, including comp rules for player card levels. Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable. environment for our guests and Team members. Ability to use a calculator and balance a bank with a high level of accuracy. Adheres to appearance and uniform standards. Adheres to all internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age. Minimum 1 year of previous bartending experience is preferred. Able to work any day of the week and any shift. Must repeatedly lift 25 lbs. to chest and stand for long periods of time. Be able to speak and understand English. Additional Information
